Pour se d\u00e9marquer des autres<\/strong> et \u00a0limiter le turn over, de plus en plus de propri\u00e9taires \u00a0d’appartement font appel au home staging.<\/p>\n

Le but \u00e9tant : \u00a0de louer mieux et plus vite en d\u00e9pensant le moins. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Comment ?<\/strong> \u00a0En \u00a0sachant mettre en valeur un bien et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler son potentiel.<\/p>\n

Je r\u00e9alise souvent du home staging pour des projets de colocation \u00e9tudiante. De la conception du projet, en passant par les travaux jusqu’\u00e0 \u00a0la mise en place finale.<\/p>\n

Voici un exemple : Les photos<\/strong> d’avant. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Cet appartement \u00e9tait trop sombre et encombr\u00e9. Les rideaux masquaient le \u00a0jour et \u00a0tombaient sans cesse. Certains meubles nous semblaient inadapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l’espace.<\/p>\n

Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’\u00e9purer<\/strong>, d’harmoniser<\/strong> les couleurs. De changer le meuble t\u00e9l\u00e9 trop haut, \u00a0il \u00a0assombrit la pi\u00e8ce ; la table basse trop grande pour l’espace.<\/p>\n

Pour pallier au manque de lumi\u00e8re,<\/strong> nous avons entrepris de repeindre tous les murs en blanc<\/strong> y compris la brique. Rajouter du jaune<\/strong> \u00a0dans le coin le plus sombre, la couleur la plus lumineuse.<\/p>\n

Changer les rideaux pour des stores plus l\u00e9gers<\/strong>. Privil\u00e9gier des meubles bas<\/strong>. Fixer des miroirs<\/strong> pour refl\u00e9ter le jour.<\/p>\n

Enfin, nous avons repens\u00e9 la lumi\u00e8re artificielle<\/strong> et rajout\u00e9 des suspensions.<\/p>\n
